Homemade Cannoli’s-can’t be that hard right?! Surprisingly, they were very easy. I ordered the shells from my local bakery, The Belmont Bakery and made the cream center from scratch. I was never a cannoli eater. I DO NOT like ricotta cheese, and low and behold, that is the main ingredient. I thought these would be fun to share with some co-workers, and of course fun to photograph. I got the recipe from ABC’s The Chew.
They were a huge hit at the office, and I had a great time photographing them. As you all know, I really enjoy food photography, so I find myself baking/cooking more just so I could take pictures of the final product! Anyone else do this? Maybe I am the only one! HAHA!
