Erin go Bragh is the anglicisation of an Irish phrase, Éirinn go Brách, and is used to express allegiance to Ireland. It is most often translated as "Ireland Forever."
With the name like Shannon Mulligan, it is safe to assume I will be celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day with a nice homemade dinner; spent with my family and close friends. This year; my husband and I cooked for my parents and my best friend Ami (Ami O’Patel for the day) and her boyfriend Davin. We had a nice relaxing afternoon with lots of food and drinks. It was the first time I have ever made Homemade Irish Soda Bread…and it was a hit. Of course I snapped some pictures of the day. I hope everyone had a safe and happy Saint Patrick’s Day!

And here are some other Irish things I enjoyed throughout the day:
These are sooo old school but I break them out once a year!
Flowers from my MOM!
(Yes---this glass was "borrowed" from The Shannon Rose a few years back)
And Dinner is served! (Crockpot dinners are the BEST)
