I absolutely love meeting new families. This is just one of the perks of being a photographer. Another perk is capturing wonderful memories for families and children.

I met The Mirko family at Lambert's castle in Clifton, New Jersey on a chilly, fall morning. The sun did not want to come out, but that did not stop the smiles from coming. Little Peyton was a little shy at first but once I told her some secrets and gave her a flower to play with, she became my best friend. And older sis Carlee was an amazing little model. They both loved snuggling and giving little kisses to each other. A sisterly bond is like no other. I have a sister and she is my best friend, and I have a feeling Carlee and Peyton will be best friends too as they grow up.

Mom and Dad were also soo much fun during the session! I just LOVE the picture where everyone is making a funny face...there is nothing better than getting the whole family to giggle, laugh, and make faces. I definitely think this should be their holiday card! (HAHA) Candid shots should be a must...shows the connection and love in a family.

After our session, The Mirko family went into the castle for a little holiday shopping... and I wonder if the girls ran into any princesses?! I mentioned to them that they may find some inside!

Another awesome session in the books and I can't wait to see the Mirko's again soon!
